The Camozzi push-in workhorses. Compact, technopolymer body; full elbow, tee, branch, manifold range.
Full thread coverage. Adaptors and reducers for every common combination.
Send the legacy code or drawing – we will match to the current Camozzi or Hy-Lok part. Standard service, no charge.
The connection range is large because the variations matter – thread types, tube ODs, body materials, and connector geometries all stack. We hold what you will likely order; we source the rest.
The standard push-in range. Tube goes in, collet locks; push the release ring to remove. Designed for repeated install-remove cycles in commissioning and maintenance.
Tubing sized to the push-in OD tolerance, not nominal. Push-in fittings need calibrated tube to seal reliably. Polyamide (PA) for higher-pressure and higher-temperature; polyurethane (PU) for flexibility and tight bend radii.
Replace 6 fittings with 1 block. Multi-port distribution, manifold-style supply rails for valve banks, single-source distribution to multiple actuators.
Got a legacy part number from a drawing or BOM? Send it through. We'll match it to a current Camozzi or Hy-Lok equivalent, with the gotchas spelled out – thread series, seal compatibility, pressure ratings.
The standard workflow for any connection-range quote.
Tube OD, thread type, working pressure, ambient temperature. Four values – usually all we need to spec a complete connection set.
Common thread/OD combinations are stocked locally. Special thread types or stainless bodies source directly from Camozzi Italy.
Same-day dispatch on stock items ordered before noon. Tubing shipped in 25-50-100 m drums depending on the order.
Where a connection that does not leak, hold, or cross-reference cleanly costs more than the part itself.
Standard thread libraries, calibrated tubing, predictable lead times. The connection range that does not slow down a build schedule.
Mining trucks, agricultural vehicles, off-highway. Push-in for fast service, calibrated PU for vibration tolerance.
Colour-coded tubing for system identification. Repeated install-remove cycles during changeover. Push-in is the right answer.
Distribution manifolds, large valve banks, stainless for the dirty conditions. Cross-reference work for legacy install bases.
Send the spreadsheet or the marked-up drawing. We'll come back with current Camozzi part numbers, stock status, and any thread or pressure-rating notes worth flagging.
